Gary, Dain and team, THANK YOU SO MUCH for this series, it was exactly what I was requiring to become aware of some things with food, eating and my body. Call #5 was especially potent as I was listening to it while eating lunch. My body was asking for something different and what was light was this eating program called The Plan, by Lynn Ganet. It’s all about tapping into your body awareness (well, I accessified it too ;-)) As I sat eating, asking questions and listening to you talk about holding the first bite in your mouth to activate your taste buds, OMG! They did. Holy JOYGASM in my mouth! Every meal I have been doing this. I am FINALLY eating so much less and yesterday the awareness came about how much I resist my mother, who she is and what she is choosing. I asked, how much of my body size is in resistance and reaction to her? OMG, a mega ton! I have been clearing tons around that topic and I feel so much better in my body, I am eating so much less and food has become a non-priority, where before I couldn’t imagine living without it. THANK YOU times a GODZILLION!
