I’ve watched people go from self-sabotaging cycles filled with hopelessness to living the life they’ve always dreamed they could have.nnDream lives are different for everyone. Sometimes, it means having healthy boundaries, becoming wealthy, getting further education, traveling the world, or sometimes being happy with who you are.nnI like to say that I was my very first client. Although, I must admit that I had help along the way from caring therapists, coaches, and psychologists. Why would I need to be my first client – that goes back to the Egyptian edict “Man Know Thyself.” This means examining the good, the bad, and the not so cute aspects of our personality.nnI was the product of a teen marriage in Detroit in the sixties. Needless to say, my parents did the best they could but at times immaturity prevailed. I don’t blame my parents for anything. As a matter fact, it doesn’t matter whose fault it is that we are in the predicament that we are in currently. What matters is that it is our responsibility to play a better game with the hand we are dealt. We can grow and be responsible for our future destiny. I was plagued with low-self esteem, unhealthy relationships, and riddled with self-doubt. I conquered my biggest demons – sometimes they try to come back. I know what to do to slay them. I want to help you with that process so that you don’t have to wait decades to find your peace.
